RULES UPDATE

Robbery rules : If in robbery scenario if robbers won and have have casualties on there side . Pd all are down . Pd will be rescued there . But robbers will not be rescued by ems on that spot. So your friends involved in that scenario can come back again after all the pd and ems cleared that spot . Until then wait for them to clear.

Eg: Store robbery triggered 4 robbers and 4 police officers responded, if the officer who were involved in that scenario are downed and 1 robber alone is left , they have to clear the spot with an person in hand and wait until the officer and ems clear that scenario. After that you can pick your rest of the unconscious friend in that scenario with your other friends. It should be done after the pd and ems completely cleared the area.
